1. Why Eccentrik Collections?
We guarantee your safety so you can purchase fashionable clothes without having to worry about your online security.
2. Where Is My Order Confirmation?
As soon as your order is successfully paid, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@eccentrikcollections.com to your safe sender list.
3. I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?
For orders already paid, If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within one working day (or within a few hours), and once we has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
4. I Just Placed My Order. Can I Add Another Item To It?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it is placed prior to us processing your original order.
5. Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale?
All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
7. When Will My Order Ship?
Before we ship your order, we have to fully check products, and do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase.
8. I’m not sure about A Size Or I Have A Fit Question. How Do I Find This Information?
